                    If you are interested in any of our products and would like to place an order, or would like more information, we would love to hear from you!  We currently accept paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Don't hesitate to request any kind of custom work. 

If ordering a custom item or custom cigar box please be as descriptive as possible. Give exact text for cigar boxes or labels, and dimensions or photos for woodworking projects.

BASIC VS. CUSTOM ORDERS: 

BASIC orders do not require a deposit. A "basic" order is nothing personalized, basic crates, with weight stamps and stenciling, cigar boxes with generic logos, lanyards, chicken wire baskets, etc. If a customer decides not to purchase a "basic" item, we can still easily offer it to others.

CUSTOM orders are crates or cigar boxes, etc. that are personalized, or marked with a specific unit. A custom project is also a crate, cigar box or large-scale project, that we would have a difficult time selling if the customer decides not to purchase. A custom order requires a 30% non-refundable deposit up front before we start construction. That is 30% of the quoted price. This covers the cost of materials and ensures that the customer intends to purchase the custom project.

NOTE: We make these items to order, and do not usually keep things "in stock." Most crates take 2-3 weeks to complete, and making multiple crates does add additional time. Custom projects may take longer. This is our hobby and craft these items in our free time, working around day jobs and Family. We promise high-quality, durability, and accuracy!
